Frontline Care and Support Services

We offer Supported Living Services for clients in the age group (18-64). The offer extends to accommodation and support for clients with learning disabilities, drug misuse (gone through rehabilitation) and mental health needs.    We provide support in a warm, homely, friendly and peaceful environment. Our supported living accommodation is located near the following amenities; Public Transport, buses (500m) Trains (2 miles) Town Centre (4 miles) , Local Shops (600m) Big Superstores(1,500m) and Recreation facilities e.g. golf, table top games locally. We offer all our residents’ excellent levels of support tailor made to their specific needs/person centred. 

Our staff supports with; 

Daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning and shopping, socialising and community involvement, accessing education, training and employment, people who have higher level or complex needs who are unable to maintain their own tenancy, we provide support for them to maintain proper documents, maintain nutrition and hydration needs, maintain appropriate behaviour skills and good communication, support in medication administration, managing finances, including budgeting and benefits (Job seekers, disability allowances etc.), among others.

The House offers;

Safe and quiet neighbourhoods, central Heating and Fire Alarm Systems, five self-contained (toilet, shower, wash basin, space for a small fridge, built inn wad rob) spacious bedrooms. A shared kitchen/ dining room down stairs (with lockable cabinets, shared Fridge-freezer, washing machine/dryer Combo, stove, microwave, etc.) and gardens with plenty of space to sit outside, offer culturally specific accommodation if needed i.e. furnished or unfurnished bedrooms, provide a range of indoor and outdoor activities like arts and crafts, painting, gardening picnic, barbeque, independent life skills, walk about in nearby parks and much more, freshly cooked meals and highly qualified and experienced support staff, among others.
